I like this chart
If you’d asked me whether revenue was becoming more or less evenly distributed as the mobile app market matures, I would have guessed that the popular apps and developers would be consolidating their positions and commanding a bigger chunk of the revenue. But according to this article it’s actually going the other way, which is good news for the other 99% of iOS developers :)
I like the clarity of those graphs. Whenever I see one, I set myself a little mental challenge to understand it before continuing reading, and now they are second nature. (To be honest I never really took notice of them before this year )
